Lakeland Bank Announces Officer Promotions
Oak Ridge, N.J. – May 13, 2013 – Thomas J. Shara, president and chief executive officer of Lakeland Bank recently announced the following officer promotions.
Bruce Bready to Vice President – SBL Manager. Breadyjoined Lakeland Bank in July 2004 as vice president – commercial loan officer for the Wyckoff Lending Team. He transferred to the Sussex Team in October 2006 where he was responsible for overseeing small business lending. Bready earned his BS in finance and marketing from Alfred University and completed paralegal and certified financial planner programs at Fairleigh Dickinson University. A resident of Byram, Bready is actively involved as a coach for town and travel baseball programs.
Ruth Granville to Assistant Vice President – Mortgage Loan Officer. Granville joined the former National Bank of Sussex County in April 1994 as a teller and in 1995 transferred to the credit department. In 1998, she transferred to the mortgage department where she advanced to the position of mortgage loan specialist and was promoted to assistant treasurer – mortgage loan specialist in March 2011. Granville resides in Hawley, P.A.
Debra Morris to Assistant Vice President – Training.Morris joined Lakeland Bank in October 1996 as a part-time teller. She was promoted to teller trainer in the training department in November 2002 and was promoted again in January 2006 to assistant treasurer – training. Prior to joining Lakeland Bank, Morris was with Ramapo Bank. She is a resident of Pompton Lakes.
Diane Rallo to Assistant Vice President – ABL Senior Credit Analyst. Rallo joined Lakeland Bank in September 2008 as a credit analyst trainee in credit administration. She was promoted to senior credit analyst and transferred to asset based lending in 2010. Rallo was promoted again in September 2011 to assistant treasurer – ABL senior credit analyst. She graduated from Rutgers Business School with a BS in business management and a minor in psychology. Currently pursuing an MBA through Rowan University, Rallo resides in Fairfield.
Linda Redyke to Assistant Vice President – Application Administrator. Redyke joined Lakeland Bank in July 2010 as an assistant treasurer – application administrator in the computer services department. Prior to joining Lakeland Bank, she worked as an assistant controller for Sussex Bank. Redyke is a resident of Vernon Township.
Jennifer Stecz to Assistant Vice President – Assistant Auditor. Stecz joined the former Community State Bank in October 2000 as an assistant branch manager in the Park Ridge Office. She transferred to the audit department in July 2004 as a staff auditor and was promoted to assistant treasurer – staff auditor in January 2006. A graduate of William Paterson University with a BA in English, she is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. Stecz is a resident of Park Ridge.
Drew TerWaarbeek to Vice President – Branch Manager. TerWaarbeek joined Lakeland Bank in July 2000 as a teller. He advanced within retail banking and was promoted to assistant treasurer - branch operations manager in July 2008 and was again promoted in March 2010 to assistant vice president - branch manager of the Montville office. TerWaarbeek is a member of the Montville Township Chamber of Commerce, serves as secretary to the board as a member of LeTip of Par-Troy and currently resides in Rockaway.
Kim Trimmer to Vice President – Cluster Branch Manager. Trimmer joined Lakeland Bank in February 2011 as an assistant vice president – branch manager of the Caldwell Office. She was given the responsibility as a cluster branch manager in December 2012 and now manages both the Caldwell and West Caldwell offices. Prior to joining Lakeland Bank, Trimmer worked for Sovereign Bank as a branch manager. She serves as vice president of the Kiwanis Club of Caldwell-West Caldwell, is a member of the North Essex Chamber and resides in Wharton.
