Qualified candidate must possess working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and safety practices. Must possess the skills necessary to perform maintenance duties as listed below. Must be reliable, detail oriented, well organized and a self starter. Must work well with others and also be able to work independently as needed. Qualified candidate must also possess good communication and follow-up skills and the ability to make sound decisions. Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record and able to lift 75 lbs and climb ladders. Must be bondable.

Perform various maintenance tasks for bank facilities including painting, carpentry, plumbing, assembling furniture, moving supplies/furniture/shredding materials and recycling materials, special projects, miscellaneous upkeep and other general maintenance duties. Coordinating with vendors and contractors. Perform site inspections and respond in written form to supervisor. The bank will supply you with a cellular phone which must be taken home on a daily basis. This phone will also be issued to you for responding to after hours emergencies and alarms on an as needed. Will be trained as a back up USPS mail processor.
