Important Anytime Business Banking Outage and Upgrade Information
The Anytime Business Banking Remote Deposit Capture system will not be available on Monday, October 28th, 2013 beginning at 6:00 pm ET in order to install a system update. This outage may extend into Tuesday. The update, which provides some improvements including automatic image rotation and expanded browser support, may require a new ActiveX Control installation during your next login. If you are prompted to install this updated ActiveX control, please click “Allow” when the yellow information bar is displayed.
In order to provide an easy transition after the system update, please clear your browser cache before attempting to login to the Anytime Business Banking system. Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and History should be deleted from the Browsing History section under Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > General.
Additionally, due to the upgrade, transactions performed between Friday evening, October 25th and Monday evening, October 28th will post to your account as usual but will NOT be available through the updated system; deposit images and transaction reports will NOT include transactions posted during this time. If you need to download reports for that day, please make sure to get reports or images before the outage is scheduled to begin,
