Any transaction conducted after 6:00 p.m. will be posted to your account as of the next business day.

I have noticed that my Debit Card transactions appear with different descriptions on my monthly checking account statement. Why is that?
The description of the transaction will depend upon how the card is used for each transaction. A withdrawal from an ATM will display the ATM location and the time of the withdrawal. Transactions conducted at merchant locations using your card and your PIN will also show as a withdrawal with descriptive information about the location. Purchases can also be completed by signing a credit card or transaction receipt, which are referred to as POS or Point of Sale Purchases on your statement. These transactions also provide information about the merchant location. Regardless of how the transaction is completed, your Lakeland Bank statement will provide detailed payment information for your records.
